Shipping & Returns


Shipping Information

Processing time is 2-5 business days. Once placed, an order cannot be canceled.

Prints are shipped from my studio in San Diego, CA, via USPS Priority Mail. Canvas Gallery Wraps are shipped directly from my photo lab straight to you via UPS. A tracking number is provided for each order. For more information on how prints are packaged and shipped, please view the FAQ Page.

I ship only to the United States. If you are an international customer and would like to place an order please submit a request using the Contact Form and I will respond with a shipping quote.

Prints — $4.95 flat rate shipping
Canvas Gallery Wraps — $7.95 flat rate shipping

Your order will ship to the address you provide during checkout. Please make sure it is the correct address. If a package is returned to me because of an incorrect address I will have to charge for shipping again.

If your print is damaged in transit, I require photographic documentation showing the damage before I can replace the print. You must contact me within two business days from the time of delivery.


Returns & Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase I accept returns and exchanges on standard size prints. I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON CANVAS GALLERY WRAPS OR CUSTOM SIZES/ORDERS. If you would like to make a return or exchange you need to contact me within 14 days of receiving your order and return the print within 30 days. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns and exchanges should be sent to:

Once I receive the print back in its ORIGINAL CONDITION I will issue your refund. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
